An agency that doesn't exist, built properly.
NØRDA Properties is a self-initiated concept by Evafangel. There is no company, no portfolio of transactions and no staff — the brand, the six homes and every price here were invented to show how a considered property platform could work.

The brief we set ourselves
Prove the range past the landing page
Landing pages are easy to make beautiful. Property platforms are harder: they need a content model, real filtering, detail pages that hold long-form copy, galleries, maps and forms that behave under pressure — all without losing the editorial calm that makes premium property worth looking at.
So this concept was built as a working front end. The filters genuinely narrow the collection. The galleries open into keyboard-navigable lightboxes. The inquiry form validates, shows a loading state and confirms — and then tells you plainly that nothing was sent.
Underneath, all six homes come from a single typed data structure. Swapping in a real agency's CMS or API means replacing that one file; not a single component needs to change.
Content model
One typed structure per property: listing, region, type, price, size, amenities, gallery and map position.
Search UX
Buy / rent, location, type, price range and bedrooms — filtering the same source on the home page and collection.
Editorial detail pages
Long-form description, specification table, amenities and a lightbox gallery per home.
Accessibility
Semantic headings, visible focus, keyboard dialogs, labelled controls and reduced-motion support.
